Our flagships are specially customized and designed to meet the needs of rider in Singapore, and we take the terrain and rules & regulation into consideration during our development process.
Our products are unique, you will not find an identical model or specification anywhere else except from Kernel Scooter and authorized re-sellers.
Policies, Terms & Conditions:
All products sold online & offline are non-refundable once sold. Only unused scooter with manufacturer defect (Needs to be assessed) can have the option to return for full refund or 1-to-1 exchange.
Once the scooter is unsealed and being used, it will not be eligible for refunds or 1-to-1 exchange. It will be then transit to Limited Warranty.
The limited warranty covers electrical components such as Battery, controller, motor and throttle. During the warranty period, customers are liable for the logistic cost involved for on-site or delivery and collection.
Not covered under warranty:
Products that are not manufacturer defect are not covered under the limited warranty policy. It includes water damage by moist or rain, physical damages from user and wear and tear.
Lack of due care for the product will not be covered under the warranty. Customers are advised to do routine maintenance and check every 3 months on a regular basis.
